Needs a snarky caption (sports edition)

This is actually not a photograph from Sen. Kerry's preparations from the upcoming presidential debates:

Reuters' caption: 'Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry (R) gets a pass away ahead of the rush from his brother Cam Kerry (L) during a game of touch football on the Esplanade in Boston, Massachusetts September 25, 2004.'

But even with no Photoshopping, it does have many possibilities for imaginative captioning.

recon, those are "Livestrong" rubber bracelets supporting the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Well, either that or they're yellow "sex bracelets" indicating that Kerry will give hugs to all comers but he won't go all the way.

As an aside, just how it is that Kerry is dumb enough to get pictures like this taken of him all the time? The man has no sense at all.

Over anxious campaign aides try to congratulate John Kerry with "high-fives" prior to Kerry actually managing to do anything notable.
Kerry campaign spokesman, Joe Lockhart, indicated that these were the Wrong Congratulations, Wrong Place, Wrong Time. Adding that if John could keep his eyes open, he "might catch the damn thing."

Conceptual Photographer (man in blue) holding hands up: “were going to do some action photos similar to your super 8 movie productions”
“ok, let me see the vision through the camera’s lens. You, in a re-enactment of the Vietnam war hero’s expression as the wounded gook is at your knees begging for mercy, lets see that look of your first reaction as you start to run away limp wrested until you discover him trying to flee in the opposite direction by crawling, then you very bravely shoot him in the back”.
